This was my first time to have flowers delivered. I live in Alabama, my friend lives in Wisconsin. I chose Petals by Felicia based on the wonderful reviews and I'm so glad I did! There was great communication from beginning to end, patience while I made 2 changes to the order, prompt delivery- the entire process couldn't have gone any better.
