I was searching for a florist in Racine, and Petals by Felicia popped up. I was calling from New Hampshire looking for a florist to do an arrangement for my daughter and son-in-law who had just had a baby in Racine. This place was exceptional in helping me getting a beautiful arrangement sent. They went over and above in everything! Thank you so much!
