I found this florist on line and carefully read the reviews and looked at the portfolio of choices. I chose Felicia because of the excellent reviews and went forward with placing an order, with an upgrade for a sympathy arrangement. Trisha was awesome and put me on the phone with the designer, Felicia who understood my vision. They worked with me to achieve the ultimate perfect arrangement for my beloved Aunt. I was sent several photographs of the arrangement prior to delivery as I'd asked. This was important to me as I'm in Hawaii and was not able to attend the funeral in person.
