We were so impressed with the quality and quick response to our same-day delivery request. The lovely bouquet was delivered within a few short hours of ordering (and us finding out the need for support). I’m normally very worried about buying flowers online and having them sent directly to the recipient. Most times, reality looks so much sadder than the picture online—thin bouquets, dull colors—and you’re left out $100 and apologizing to the recipient. Not the case here. The delivery my mom received from Petals by Felicia was gorgeous! It was bright, vibrant, and abundant. In the online picture, you could see nearly the whole handle of the basket, but in reality, the handle was mostly obscured by blooms and beauty. I’m beyond satisfied and will be back!
