What can I say, this florist never disappoints! I live in Tennessee and have always used Petals by Felicia to send my mom flowers there. The arrangement was just as or more beautiful than the picture!!! My mother loves their work. Thank you for an amazing job as always!!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs florals!!!
