The staff at Petals by Felicia was so accommodating. I asked for same day delivery and they were able to accommodate by request. They even sent me a picture of the final design since it wasn't going to be quite like the picture. But what they created was just as beautiful. Would definitely order from them again. Great customer service and quality of flowers.

I was totally impressed with Felicia! Not only was the arrangement absolutely beautiful, but I ordered on line and she called me ahead of time because she could not get the exact flowers shown in the picture on line. Incredible customer service!

Felicia was very helpful, explaining in detail the substitutions which needed to be made based on the flowers available. She also gave her own advice on colors which would work together. The finished product was beautiful
