I send my dear Aunt and Godmother Flowers every year for her Birthday. This business name just caught me right for my purchase this year. Being 4+ hours away from my hometown for over 20+ years...supporting a local business that is what diversity, equity, and beautiful communities are all about was very special to me. I have raved to my Friends and Family these past 24 hrs. From Team Members Shai assisting me with a substitution to create an amazing Designers' Choice selection, and Jackie making a successful 2nd delivery attempt... Communication was constant , and even Ms. Felicia herself followed up with me throughout the process. This was all from time of purchase on a Sunday Evening into a Monday Delivery! I'm always a little nervous when I order flowers online. Will the actual arrangement look anything like what's pictured on the website or will there be a bunch of less desirable substitutes? Thankfully, Petals by Felicia did not disappoint! The arrangement was beautiful and true to what was advertised. 5-stars. They've definitely earned my future business.
