A family member's young son tragically passed away recently, and I wanted to provide some really nice flower arrangements for the funeral. I looked up various sources, and found two large flower arrangements from Petals by Felicia that were creative and stunningly eye catching, so I ordered them. Not only did they do a wonderful job with the two arrangements (the family loved them), but the customer service was also outstanding. They delivered the flowers directly to the church on the day of the funeral, but no one was there to receive them at the arranged time. So they contacted me and waited 20 minutes or more at the church to make sure the flowers were carefully delivered. This was such a reassuring experience at a sensitive time. I was very impressed and grateful, and would recommend them to others.

The flowers were beautiful.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
