Arrangement was gorgeous. It arrived on time. Sunflowers had to be substituted for tulips they contacted me 1st to make sure that was ok. I received an email infoming me that the flowers were delivered. I appreciated that. My daughter was really pleased with the arrangement. We are very happy and will definitely use petals by Felicia again.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
